Neal Hatchett, who used to live in Anaheim, CA,
made the Potty Phones in the 1980's. I think he
made more than 12. Some models were modified to
activate a novelty device that sounded like a
toilet flushing, when incoming ringing voltage
was present.

The brass phone parts were made by a company
called Village Telephone Supply.
